1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sugar snap peas
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1–3 tablespoons red curry paste
2 teaspoons curry powder
And so on.

  • Step number 1. Heat oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.
  • After it, Add carrots, peas and mushrooms along with a large pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • And now, Add curry paste, curry powder, garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
