Gluten Free Flour Mix



Ingredients:
1 C white rice flour
1 C oat flour
1 C coconut flour
1 C tapioca flour/starch
1/4 C cornstarch

Instructions:
  • Step number one. Combine all ingredients together and make sure they are mixed well. Store in an airtight container and use as flour in any baking recipe.
  • Step 02, Add butter and using either fork or hand, "rub" into flour mixture until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Whisk 3 eggs in separate bowl and add to flour/butter mixture, stirring to combine (I used my hand for this process).
  • Step 3, Pour half the milk into the dough and using a wooden spoon (or your hand), gently mix dough, turning and moving from the bottom to make sure all flour is incorporated. You may need more milk to form a wet, sticky dough. (I used about ¾ of the milk, but it will depend on your climate).
