3 lbs. oxtail
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups red wine
4 cups beef broth
1 medium onion chopped

  • First of all. Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker. Once the oil starts to get hot, add the butter. Continue to heat until the butter and oil mixture starts to bubble.
  • Next step is, Saute the onion until tender.
  • And then, Add the oxtail. Cook each side for 1 minute.
