1 1/2 cups Jasmine rice
4 tsp vegetable oil divided
1/2 cup onions finely chopped
2 tsp ginger finely minced
1 Tbsp garlic finely minced

  • Step number 1. Select the Saute function and allow the Instant Pot to heat up.
  • Step 2, Rinse and drain rice; set aside.
  • After that, Add 1 Tbsp vegetable oil to the Instant Pot inner pot.
