3 cups Rainier Cherries pitted and halved
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp calcium water (included with pomona's pectin)
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp Pomona's pectin added to sugar

  • Step number one. Wash, pit and halve the cherries. Add them to a saucepan with the lemon juice and bring them to a boil.
  • And then, Cook the cherries for a few minutes until they release their juices, and then mash gently with a potato masher.
  • Step 03, Add the calcium water into the boiling cherries.
